If an order is rejected or cancelled by Sigma Peptides, you will be notified at the email address associated with your order. If we cancel or reject an order after payment, you will receive a full refund to your original payment method, including shipping.
Your order is confirmed once payment is processed. We start preparing orders right away, so changes and cancellations are limited as described in Section 7.
You can cancel an order free of charge before it ships. Email [email protected] with your order number as soon as possible. If the order has not yet been handed to the carrier, we cancel it and refund the full amount, including shipping, to your original payment method.

All payments are processed securely through authorized third-party payment providers. By placing an order, you authorize Sigma Peptides and its payment processors to debit your selected payment method for the full order total, including product cost, applicable taxes, and shipping fees.

Orders are shipped from our warehouse in Virginia, USA, via USPS or other carriers as specified in the Payment & Shipping Policy. All delivery timeframes are estimates only and are not guaranteed.
Carrier Delivery Confirmation. Once a shipment is marked as “Delivered” by the carrier’s tracking system, the order is deemed fulfilled. We are not responsible for loss or theft after the carrier confirms delivery. If tracking shows delivered but you did not receive the package, contact us within 48 hours and we will help you file a claim with the carrier.
Address Accuracy. You are solely responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address at the time of order. Sigma Peptides is not liable for orders misdelivered, delayed, or lost due to incorrect, incomplete, or outdated address information provided by you.
Shipping Costs. All shipping fees are non-refundable. Shipping charges are not eligible for credit, return, or reimbursement except for orders we cancel and wrong, damaged or lost orders, which are refunded in full.

All sales are final. Due to the sensitive nature of research-use materials, Sigma Peptides does not accept returns and does not issue refunds except in the narrow circumstances described in the Refunds & Returns Policy.
Wrong, damaged or lost orders are replaced or refunded in full, including shipping, when reported within 48 hours of delivery (or of the expected delivery date for lost packages), as described in the Refunds & Returns Policy.
No refund or return will be approved for reasons including but not limited to: appearance variations consistent with lyophilized materials, buyer’s remorse, opened or handled products, improper storage, carrier delays, or subjective dissatisfaction.
