🧾 Accepted Payment Methods

Sigma Peptides accepts the following payment methods:

• Same-Day Bank Payment (via Link Money): Pay directly from a U.S. checking account. A 3% discount is applied automatically at checkout. Available for U.S. and Puerto Rico orders.
• Credit/Debit Card (via AuxPay): Card payment on a secure hosted checkout. 3-D Secure verification may be required.
• Visa (via Revion Caps): You are redirected to a secure checkout on revioncaps.com. Revion Caps is the merchant of record for these payments.

Same-Day Bank Payment and AuxPay card payments appear on your statement as Sigma. Revion Caps payments appear on your statement as Revion Caps.

Note: All payments are processed through PCI-compliant, third-party licensed providers. Sigma Peptides does not store full payment card information. 3-D Secure verification may be required for additional fraud protection.

💳 Credit/Debit Card Payment Terms

When paying by credit or debit card, the following terms apply:

• First-time transactions may be declined by your bank or card issuer due to the merchant category or transaction profile. If your payment is declined, you must contact your bank or card issuer directly to authorize the transaction, then attempt payment again. Sigma Peptides is not responsible for bank-initiated declines and cannot intervene with your financial institution on your behalf.
• Certain transactions may require additional identity verification or 3-D Secure authentication as part of fraud prevention protocols.
• By placing an order, you authorize Sigma Peptides and its payment processors to debit your selected payment method for the full order total, including product cost, applicable taxes, and shipping fees.

⏳ Order Processing Time

• Orders received and paid before 2:00 PM Eastern Time (ET) on a business day ship the same day.
• Orders received after 2:00 PM Eastern Time (ET), or on weekends and U.S. holidays, ship the next business day.
• Same-Day Bank Payment orders of $750 or more may need 1 to 2 business days for the payment to settle before shipping.
• Orders that need manual review or identity verification may take longer. We will email you if this applies to your order.
• Processing time is separate from the delivery estimates below.

Important: We do not process or charge card transactions for international shipping. Our operations currently serve the United States and Puerto Rico only.

📦 Shipping Methods & Delivery

• Ships from: our warehouse in Virginia, USA
• Carrier: USPS (domestic USA & Puerto Rico)
• Delivery Estimates:
  • United States (mainland): 2–5 business days
  • Puerto Rico: 5–7 business days
• Shipping Cost: Free on orders over $300. Otherwise a flat rate of $15.
• Tracking & Signature: Tracking information is provided via email once your order ships. Signature confirmation may be required on higher-value packages.

All delivery timeframes are estimates only and are not guaranteed. Sigma Peptides is not responsible for carrier delays, weather-related disruptions, or any other circumstances beyond its control. A late delivery alone does not qualify for a refund or credit. Packages lost in transit are replaced or refunded in full under our Refunds & Returns Policy.

⚠️ Shipping Terms

• Carrier Delivery Confirmation. Once a shipment is marked as “Delivered” by the carrier’s tracking system, the order is deemed fulfilled. We are not responsible for loss or theft after the carrier confirms delivery. If tracking shows delivered but you did not receive the package, contact us within 48 hours and we will help you file a claim with the carrier.
• Address Accuracy. You are solely responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address at the time of order. Sigma Peptides is not liable for orders misdelivered, delayed, returned, or lost due to incorrect, incomplete, or outdated address information provided by you.
• Shipping Costs. All shipping fees are non-refundable. Shipping charges are not eligible for credit, return, or reimbursement except for orders we cancel and wrong, damaged or lost orders, which are refunded in full.

Compliance Notice: We respect all federal, state, and city regulations. Shipping restrictions are applied automatically at checkout.

🔁 Returned, Refused & Undeliverable Packages

If a package is refused, not claimed, or returned to us because of an incorrect or incomplete address, we refund the product price to your original payment method once the package is back with us. The original shipping charge is not refunded. If you prefer, we can reship the order instead; a new shipping charge applies.

🎁 Packaging

All orders are shipped in discreet, unbranded packaging. There are no logos or references to product type, peptides, or research materials on the exterior.

🧪 Product Use Policy

All items sold by Sigma Peptides are strictly for in-vitro laboratory research only and are not intended for human or animal use, consumption, or diagnostic purposes.

By purchasing, you acknowledge and agree:

• You are twenty-one (21) years of age or older.
• You are purchasing exclusively for qualified, lawful research use.
• You will not misuse, redistribute, or promote the misuse of any product.
• You accept sole responsibility for the handling, storage, and application of all products after delivery.

❌ Order Cancellations

If we cancel your order (for example: out of stock, pricing error or failed fraud check), you receive a full refund to your original payment method, including shipping.

You can cancel an order free of charge before it ships. Email [email protected] with your order number as soon as possible. If the order has not yet been handed to the carrier, we cancel it and refund the full amount, including shipping, to your original payment method.

Orders that have already been handed to the carrier cannot be cancelled. If something is wrong with a delivered order, see our Refunds & Returns Policy.

📮 Shipping to Puerto Rico

Sigma Peptides ships to Puerto Rico via USPS Priority or Express Shipping with full tracking. Delivery times are typically 5–7 business days. Delays may occur due to weather or logistics. Packages lost in transit are replaced or refunded in full under our Refunds & Returns Policy.
