Shipping & Delivery

Due to the upcoming holidays, our standard 2-3 day priority shipping may experience some delays. It is possible for orders to take up to 14 business days during the next few months. It may also appear that your order is “pending acceptance” or stuck in transit. This is not uncommon, your order is still being processed by the USPS system. We kindly request that you closely monitor your tracking numbers and only reach out to us if it has been 14 business days or more. After the New Year, our shipping standards will go back to normal. Our processing time may also have some delay. We work to ship all orders as soon as possible. In some cases this can be as early as same day! It is possible for your order to take up to 4 business days to process once payment is confirmed. We do not process any orders on weekends or holidays. We appreciate your understanding and patience during this holiday season!

Refunds & Returns

We stand behind all our products with a industry exclusive 60-day money-back guarantee. If you are not completely satisfied, please contact us to arrange for a return and refund. It’s that simple! Please note emails indicating products were used for human or animal consumption will not be responded to and void our return or refund policy.

Products Eligible for Refunds:

  • Any product that has not been opened or used.
  • A maximum of two opened products (including individual vials).
This guarantee applies for 60 days and begins from the day the tracking number confirms delivery. After 60 days, we cannot guarantee you a full refund or exchange – but will consider such requests on a case-by-case basis Customer satisfaction is our number one priority!

Notes:

  • All refunds or exchanges must be pre-approved in advance – please do not ship us a return before you have been issued an RMA.
  • We will provide you with a pre-paid label – we believe that customers should not have to pay to to get an exchange or refund.
  • Refunds will be made to the original payment method when possible – usually within 2-3 days of receiving a return.
