Note: All payments are processed through PCI-compliant, third-party licensed providers. We do not store your full payment card information. 3-D Secure verification may be required for additional fraud protection.
⏳ Order Processing Time
- Orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment confirmation.
- Orders placed on weekends or holidays are processed on the next business day.
- Orders requiring manual review or ID verification may experience minor delays. We will notify you if this applies.

- United States (mainland): 2–5 business days
- Puerto Rico: 5–7 business days
- Shipping Cost: Free on orders over $300. Otherwise a flat rate of $15.
- Tracking & Signature: Tracking is provided via email once your order ships. Signature may be required on higher-value packages.

- Once marked as “Delivered” by the carrier, Sigma Peptides is not liable for theft, delays or misplacement by the carrier. Please verify your delivery location with your local post office.
- You are responsible for providing accurate and complete shipping information. We are not liable for undeliverable orders due to address errors.

🔁 Returned or Undeliverable Packages
- Returned shipments due to address errors or refusal will require a new shipping fee to reship.
- Alternatively, we can offer a partial refund minus shipping and restocking fees.

All orders are shipped in discreet, unbranded packaging. There are no logos or references to product type, peptides, or research materials on the exterior.

Yes, we ship to Puerto Rico. Orders to Puerto Rico are handled through USPS Priority or Express Shipping with full tracking. Delivery times are typically 5-7 business days, though minor delays may occur due to weather or customs clearance.
