At Sigma Peptides, your satisfaction is our priority. We stand behind the quality of our research materials and aim to ensure a smooth experience with every order.


Eligibility for Returns and Refunds

We accept refund or return requests under the following conditions:

  • Products must be unopened, unused, and in original packaging

  • Requests must be made within 30 days from the confirmed delivery date

  • Maximum of two opened units may be considered for refund on a case-by-case basis, subject to inspection

  • Returns must be pre-approved by our support team with a valid RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization)


Non-Returnable Items

Due to the nature of our research-use products, the following are not eligible for return or refund:

  • Products that have been opened or used (unless approved under our case-by-case review)

  • Products improperly stored, handled, or contaminated

  • Orders where communication includes intent for human or animal use, which violates our terms of sale

Any messages or emails referencing personal consumption will void eligibility for return or refund.


Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If your order arrives damaged or contains incorrect items:

  1. Contact us within 48 hours of delivery

  2. Provide photos and a description of the issue

  3. We will investigate and, if approved, offer a replacement, store credit, or full refund


Return Shipping

  • We cover return shipping costs only in cases of:

    • Incorrect item shipped

    • Damaged or defective product

  • For all other cases, return shipping is the customer’s responsibility

  • We strongly recommend using a trackable shipping method


Refund Processing

Once we receive and inspect your return:

  • Refunds are typically processed within 2–5 business days

  • Funds will be issued back to the original payment method

  • If the original method is unavailable, store credit or alternative refund options may be offered


Restocking Fees

We do not charge restocking fees. However, excessive return requests may be flagged for review and may impact future purchase eligibility.


How to Request a Return

  1. Email support@sigmapeptides.com with:

    • Your order number

    • Product(s) you wish to return

    • Reason for return

  2. Await RMA approval and return instructions

  3. Ship the items back using the provided return label (if eligible)

  4. Await confirmation and refund processing

Sigma Peptides supplies research-only materials not approved for human or animal consumption. Any misuse or misrepresentation in communication regarding intended use may result in cancellation of your return rights and refusal of future orders.
